  • NOT FUR EVERYBODY — FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
    1. THE COMPETITION "Not Fur Everybody" (the "Competition") is run by Bxmbxm ("Bxmbxm", "we", "us"). Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    2. ENTRY PERIOD The Competition opens Saturday, 25 July 2026 and closes Friday, 31 July 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
    3. ELIGIBILITY — Entrants must be residents of Australia. — Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian submit the entry on their behalf. — Entrants must be the owner of, or authorised carer for, the dog featured in the entry photo. — Entrants must own the rights to the photo submitted. — Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Bxmbxm are not eligible to enter. — One entry per dog.
    4. HOW TO ENTER To enter, an entrant must: (a) post a photo of their dog publicly to Instagram, tagging @bambamhats and using the hashtag #NotFurEverybody; and (b) submit the same photo via the entry form on this page, along with the requested details. Both steps are required. The form submission constitutes the official entry; the Instagram post alone does not.
    5. SELECTION OF WINNER The winning entry will be selected by Bxmbxm, at its sole discretion, based on originality, personality, visual appeal, and suitability for interpretation as a hand embroidered Bxmbxm hat. The Competition is a game of skill; winners are not selected by random chance. The winner will be announced on or around Monday, 3 August 2026 via Instagram and email. 6. THE PRIZE The prize is one custom Bxmbxm hat, hand embroidered with a likeness of the winning entrant's dog, made for the winning entrant. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Approximate retail value: $1,800 AUD. Production and delivery of the prize may take several weeks following the announcement.
    7. SHIPPING The prize will be shipped to addresses within Australia only. Bxmbxm is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the item has been dispatched.
    8. USE OF ENTRIES By entering, entrants grant Bxmbxm a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, reproduce, and use their submitted photo and accompanying text across Bxmbxm's social media, website, and marketing materials, with attribution to the entrant's Instagram handle where practical.
    9. PRIVACY Personal information collected (name, email, Instagram handle, dog's name, photo) is collected solely to administer the Competition and, where separately opted in, to send future marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. See our Privacy Policy for further detail.
    10. GENERAL Bxmbxm reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes breaches these terms, and to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
