HOW IT WORKS.


Step 01 — The conversation We start with a message or a call. Tell me who you are, what you're drawn to, what this hat needs to carry. No brief is too abstract — the stranger, the weirder, the better. This is where the design actually happens.

Step 02 — The deposit & the sketch A $200 deposit holds your place and kicks off the build. I'll come back with a direction — motifs, placement, the feel of it. We refine until it's right before any stitching begins.

Step 03 — The build This takes weeks. Embroidery first. Then distressing — fire, water, sanding, whatever the piece calls for. Then the cut-out X. You'll get updates along the way. Not because you need them, but because watching something get made for you is part of the experience.

Step 04 — Delivery The balance is due on completion. Shipped worldwide in protective packaging. Every hat comes with its story — the materials used, the inspiration behind each element, the hours it took. Not a card. A document.

This is the most personal thing you'll wear.

It's a symbol of individuality, a statement piece that tells your story, and stands out in a world of mass-produced fashion.

Then it all starts with getting the right fit.

  • Grab a measuring tape and wrap it around your head, an inch or so above your ears.

  • Don’t wrap it too tightly, make sure it’s comfortable - it should be snug and not too tight.

  • Get your measurements multiple times to get it right! If you are between sizes then size up.

All sales are final as all hats are custom made and made to order.

Please make sure to take precise measurements and make your purchases carefully to ensure that the custom hats you have chosen aligns with your expectations. 
If there is an issue with sizing, hats can be resized. This is on a case-by-case basis.

A deposit is required before work on your custom hat begins. If the remaining balance is not paid within 8 weeks of notification that your hat is ready, your order will be forfeited without refund. No exceptions.
